The app is good. But just dealing with the customer service is hard. I contacted since the beginning of the month and it's still the same. I did not receive my package since last month. I have contacted through calls, facebook, website, emails and it's all the same. I have stated the problem and still it's on going with the same problem. It would be better that there should be a way to contact the courier. Especially that I needed the package urgently.
